Pricing
At getthingsdone, we offer two different billing methods. You can Pay As We Go, or you can buy a Time Bundle. Time Bundles are prepaid packages where you get a set amount of hours at a discounted rate. We keep track of our time spent on your tasks, and let you know when you are running out.
8 hours - R1 800 (valid for 2 months)
12 hours - R2 500 (valid for 3 months)
20 hours - R4 000 (valid for 4 months)
Time Bundles do not include extra travel costs, client expenses, or afterhours callouts.
A Time Bundle is an ideal gift for someone you know who needs to get things done!
Pay As We Go fees are based on hourly rates charged in half hour blocks. Rates differ according to the task required, and vary from R250 per hour to R350 per hour. An after hours or weekend callout is subject to an additional R150 charge.
All expenses related to the task or project are charged directly to the client without markup, unless handling is required. Travel is charged at the current AA rate, which is R3.00 per kilometre. This does not apply to travel within 15km of Plettenberg Bay Post Office. Long distance calls, faxes, postage and courier fees are charged directly to the client.
Invoicing is done on completion of task or project, or on a monthly basis. Payment is due on presentation of our invoice. In certain cases, a deposit may be required.
